Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we offer worldwide shipping! Please kindly note that the postage cost for the International parcels will be more in comparison to the parcels purchased within the United Kingdom (UK). The postage cost and shipping methods can be found at the checkout page.

What courier service are the parcels sent via and how long is the delivery?

The carrier service we use at the moment is Royal Mail. All products are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery for the UK parcels and Royal Mail International regular and tracked for International parcels. For our International customers we offer regular International Shipping (economical) & International Tracked Shipping. We highly recommend selecting International Tracked Shipping at the checkout for parcels which are valuable (over £10 in value)

Are the parcels sent with proof of delivery (tracking)?

We offer multiple shipping options at the checkout, you can select whichever you may feel more suitable. Although we highly recommend using Signed for and Tracked services for parcels with value of over £10.

(International Customers) My parcel still hasn't arrived what do I do?

If you are our International customer then please kindly note that due to the unfortunately Global Covid crisis there are expected delays in delivery. Most International parcels are delivered within 1-2 weeks (working days), however at the moment the delays can cause parcel delivery time of up to 4 weeks. 

However our International parcels purchased with Tracking do tend to be delivered more on time as compared to Non-Tracked International parcels, therefore we do highly recommend purchasing with tracked service.

I have purchased with tracking but have not received tracking e-mail, what do I do?

If you have purchased a parcel with Tracked service and have not received the tracking e-mail, please feel free to get in touch with us via our customer support (blue pop-up chat box in the bottom right corner of the screen) and we will be more than happy to assist you! My order says "Completed" what does that mean?

Once the parcel has been shipped from our end and is on it’s way to you, the status of the order will be changed to “Completed”. Please note that this means the parcel has been shipped from our end and is on it’s way to you!

Should I use International economy shipping?

Please Note: Although we do offer International Economy Shipping (£5.99) we highly encourage using our International Tracked Shipping (£9.99) at checkout as not only does this enable us to track the parcel but our International Tracked parcels are delivered quicker too!

(International Customers) I haven't received my parcel, when should I get in touch?

As per the Royal Mail guidelines we recommend waiting period of between 2-4 weeks before getting in touch with us, for International Tracked parcels we can trace it and hopefully locate it, for International Economy parcels unfortunately we cannot trace it and cannot be held responsible in case of a lost or further delay.  However please still do get in touch with us and we will try our best to come to a resolution!


I am a UK customer and I need a parcel urgently, do you offer that?

Yes we’re glad to inform that we now offer Special Next Delivery Guaranteed By 1 PM. The shipping method can be found at checkout and must be selected in order for the next day shipping!
